Items in Stock:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or
exchange your merchandise within 2 days of receiving your order, for a refund,
less shipping cost and a 20% re-stocking fee. Items ordered and then refused by
a customer will incur an automatic 50% re-stocking fee. Call us at (804)
355-5425 for a return authorization number. All refunds must have a return
authorization code on the outside of the box, if the code is not on the outside
of the box, merchandise will not be accepted.
Please Note: Any returns postmarked after 2 days of your receipt date
and/or without a return authorization number will not be accepted. Returned
goods must be in original condition and complete with tags. Items with snags,
rips, makeup stains, odors, or other damages will result in the item being
returned to you. YOU MUST WRITE THE RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER ON THE
OUTSIDE OF THE BOX. A refund will be issued upon receipt of the item in the
original condition. Shipping charges are not refundable. **If you receive
merchandise that has any damages, please call us ASAP for a return authorization
number, but please keep in mind ALL gowns that have beads or sequins will not be
perfect and may have a missing bead or two. Inspect gowns thoroughly upon
receipt, you have 2 days after receipt to request a return authorization number.
Special Order Items:
Special orders are orders for dresses we do not have in stock. Once a special
order is confirmed there will be no option for returns. Products ordered and
then refused upon arrival will incur an automatic 50% re-stocking fee.
All International orders are a final sale.
All Sale Merchandise is a final sale.
All Increasers are a final sale.
In-Store Policy: All formal sales are final, no exceptions.
